Welcome to the world of healing bodywork. Most people think of bodywork as just a massage. Something to get done when you are stressed, you need to relax or sometimes when you’re in severe pain. And that’s definitely a benefit of bodywork. But there’s so much more that can be done with bodywork!
While working on you during a healing bodywork session, I also move stuck energy and send healing energy into whatever needs it. Painful muscles, disease and pain all stems from an energetic source. So by working on many levels of the body, energetic, physical, and spiritual, I can help you heal and release many many issues.
Some of the issues than can be addressed with these amazing healing bodywork sessions are……..
- Muscle pain, knots and tension
- Injuries, pulled or torn muscles, ligaments and even broken bones
- Emotional issues, release sadness, anger, frustration,anything that’s stuck in your body or energy system!
- Anxiety, release the stuck energy that keeps you unsettled, shaky and nervous!
- Diseases, disorders and physical pain. Reiki and other healing energy is used to stimulate your body’s own healing ability. If you have a particular illness, a protocol of sessions can be designed to help you heal from that illness. A combo of bodywork and or energywork will be used.

These healing bodywork sessions are something you have to experience to understand. These are much more than a massage. I work to help you heal your mind, body and soul. So come and experience true healing!
At this time there are 3 options for location. First is Total Body Care in Costa Mesa, another office in Costa Mesa or in your home. A home visit will be an additional $10 per visit for locations in Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach and other locations close by. If you are further away, contact me for an estimate on travel costs.
